Glucose OF medium is a semisoild medium used for the identification of gram-negative bacteria on the basis of their ability to oxidize or ferment glucose.

This medium complies with ISO 21528:2017 for confirmation of Enterobacteriaceae from food, animal feeding stuffs and environmental samples.
