Imipenem-relebactam MTS™
Imipenem-relebactam MTS™ (MIC Test Strip), I/R 0.002/4-32/4 ?g/mL , is a quantitative method for the in-vitro susceptibility testing of microorganisms to Imipenem-relebactam.
Imipenem-relebactam has been shown to be active both clinically and in vitro against the following bacterial species: C. freundii, E. cloacae, E. coli, K. aerogenes, K. oxytoca, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa.
MTS™ consists of special porous paper impregnated with a pre-defined concentration gradient of an antimicrobial agent, used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) in ?g/mL of antimicrobial agents against bacteria as tested on agar media using overnight incubation and manual reading procedures.
