The BIOMIC V3 is a microbiology system designed to automate the reading and interpretation of clinical microbiology tests and quality control. It uses digital imaging for this purpose and supports various test types, including Broth Microdilution, Disk Diffusion, MIC Strip, Organism ID, Colony Count, Agar Dilution, and Urine Screen. The system offers customization with optional modules. It provides digital records of test results, high-resolution images, and features a LIS/LIMS interface for streamlined data management. The system is equipped with a barcode reader and touch-screen entry, displayed on a 24-inch monitor, ensuring a comprehensive setup for laboratories.
